Barnes Bullets is located in Mona, Utah at 38 North Frontage Rd, just off exit 233 on I-15.
Current Openings:
Packaging Clerk
Duties:
• Packaging of all bullet types
• Pulling and shipping of orders
• Bottling bore cleaner
• Bulking bullets
• Taking monthly inventory
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly motivated person who is detail oriented, able to multi-task and is organized. This individual must be able to fill out paperwork accurately and legibly, follow procedures and have basic computer skills. This position requires a great deal of movement, including bending, climbing and lifting up to 40 pounds. Employees are expected to be punctual, reliable and may be required to work overtime when needed.
Experience:
Six months shipping experience preferred
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Compensation Package:
Starting salary: $10.00 hr.

Manual/CNC Machinist
Qualifications:
Must know how to program CNC machines manually and with the aid of CAD/CAM software
Must know how to proficiently operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, grinders, drills, saws, etc.
Must be able to take complex job from the blueprint stage to completion without assistance in a timely, efficient manner
Must understand how to read and produce high quality parts following blueprints
Must be able to create blueprints as needed
Must understand the tool and die making process
Must be able to do engineering as needed for projects
Must know how to do setups on mills and lathes
Must know how to change tools and offsets on CNC equipment
Must have a good knowledge and understanding of machining feeds and speeds in a variety of commonly manufactured metals and plastics
Must know how to do program adjustments
Must be able to check parts and tooling dimensionally using the comparator, micrometers, calipers, etc.
Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language sufficient enough to perform the following: Communicate effectively with other team members and supervision; Read and comprehend process instructions; Record pertinent process information as required
Tools: (Including but not limited to) 0-3” micrometers (.0001 increments) and 0-6” caliper (.001 increments), test dial indicator, travel dial indicator, magnetic base-dovetail holder, edge finder, 0-3” depth micrometers, and any other tools needed on a regular basis for machining (These tools must be checked and calibrated periodically and kept in good working order)
Compensation Package:
Starting salary: $20-25 per hour depending on experience
