Factory ammunition loaded with Barnes Bullets can now be purchased directly from the Barnes website. Click here to see a list of loaded ammunition manufacturers and products offered through the Barnes store.
“Some fine ammunition companies are loading our bullets, but retailers don’t always have a particular bullet weight or caliber in stock,” said Coni Brooks, VP of Sales & Marketing, and co-owner of Barnes Bullets. “We hate to see our customers disappointed, so we’re selling this factory-loaded ammunition directly through our website: www.barnesbullets.com.” Click here for loaded ammunition pricing and ordering information.
Manufacturers offering factory-loaded ammunition featuring Barnes Bullets include Black Hills, Cor-Bon, Weatherby, Silver State Armory and the International Cartridge Corporation. Available bullet styles are the TSX™, TTSX™, Banded Solids™, XPB™ handgun bullets and the popular Varmint Grenade™ varmint bullets.
“This factory ammunition allows customers who don’t reload to use our revolutionary copper bullets in their rifles and handguns,” Brooks added. “TSX and TTSX bullets are unexcelled for hunting everything from deer and pronghorn to much larger game. They deliver instant double-diameter expansion, pass-through penetration and match-grade accuracy.”
Barnes Banded Solids track deep and straight, even through heavy bone. Made of homogeneous copper/zinc alloy, these are the most dependable dangerous game bullets you can buy.
XPB pistol bullets are available in a full range of handgun calibers. These 100 percent copper bullets expand to double diameter while delivering deep, sure penetration.
Based on a design Barnes developed for military applications, the Varmint Grenade has a composite, highly frangible core. Fragments explosively on impact, virtually vaporizing prairie dogs. Excellent long-range accuracy.
“We’ll do our best to keep this factory-loaded ammunition in stock,” Brooks said. “If you can’t find what you want at your local retailer, check our website.”
Barnes is not currently selling factory ammunition from Federal Cartridge, Norma, Sellier & Bellot and Sako. This ammunition can be obtained through your local dealer or mail order catalog. For a list of custom ammunition loaders, click here.

We have received many messages from people offering their thoughts and prayers to our family following Randy’s plane crash into Lake Powell with his brother, Les Brooks, and Rulon Gardner on Saturday, February 24th. Thankfully, everyone came out of the ordeal relatively unscathed. It was a night that the three of them and their families do not want to relive. It was truly agonizing for their loved ones that night, who waited by the phone, not knowing where Randy, Rulon & Les were, and we have really appreciated everyone’s caring and kind words of encouragement. I thought I would post comments received from some of you. Feel free to send one in, if you like. I’ll forward them on to Randy – he does read them. If you haven’t read the story and are interested to know what happened, click on this link.
Thanks for your support and good shooting,
