I can’t keep this one quiet anymore, I just can’t. I’m passionate about the big calibers, so I’m excited to let you know about the NEW 375 Caliber 350 grain TSX for 2010. Now wait! Don’t run to the phone to place your order just yet, because they won’t be in stock until January, 2010. However, we did make a very small, preliminary run (Sorry – no more left!) for T&E. “The Sheriff” Jim Wilson and Il LIng New of Gunsite used this new bullet in Australia on buffalo and Wild Ox. I’m hoping to see a TSX flatnose for my Model 71. How about a 250gr .348 TSX. A lot of us really love the old lever gun.
Lewis, we’d like to offer this in a TSX (used to make a 348 X Bullet years ago) but we don’t hear from enough 348 Winchester guys to warrant building an all copper bullet again. So, let us hear from you!!! -JSB
I would like to see a 350g or 400g TSX flat nose for 45/70. Along the lines of Turnbull’s TSX. Make the crimp groove pretty deep (or better yet two of them as the 1886 Win can run a 2.7+” OAL with few changes generally.
Till then I’ll be buying the new Busters…good job on those……just what we needed!
